1. Delivery Fulfillment
All online orders from Sav-On Liquor & Wine are fulfilled through a third-party delivery service (currently DoorDash). Sav-On Liquor & Wine is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or behavior of the delivery driver.
2. Age Verification & Physical Presence
Due to legal requirements for alcohol delivery:
- The recipient must be 21 years or older.
- A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of delivery.
- The recipient must be physically present to accept the delivery.
- The recipient must be sober at the time of delivery; alcohol will not be handed over to anyone visibly intoxicated.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are not accepted for alcohol orders.
- If an order is missing or damaged due to delivery, please contact DoorDash support directly. Sav-On Liquor & Wine is not liable for delivery errors after the order leaves our store.
4. Safety & Conduct
- Any inappropriate or unprofessional behavior from the delivery driver is outside the control of Sav-On Liquor & Wine.
- Customers are encouraged to report any concerns directly to the delivery service.
5. Order Accuracy
Sav-On Liquor & Wine ensures that all orders are prepared accurately. Once the order is picked up by the delivery service, the delivery service assumes responsibility for timely and safe delivery.
